We create the tincture using farm-fresh herbs and certified organic, gluten-free alcohol. The alcohol helps extract the beneficial compounds from the herbs, ensuring maximum potency. 

We recommend adding the tincture to one of our teas, simple syrups or a food of your choice to dissipate the taste of the alcohol.

Meet the Herbs:

Hawthorne: We collect fresh red berries in the fall and the leaf and flower in the spring. This herb traditionally supports cardiovascular health, circulation, and cognitive function. But it's not just about the physical benefits. Since it is in the same family as the rose, it also supports the heart's emotional aspect, helping you feel more open, loving, and courageous.

Motherwort: Motherwort, our lionhearted plant, is the queen of the jungle, evoking Courage and strength. This herb traditionally supports the cardiovascular system and brings joy and a sense of calm. Its name, "motherwort," reminds us of all the strength and love your mother provides.

Rose: Our rose tincture contains five different damask roses. Damask roses are fragrant and traditionally used for rose water. I included this plant because of its significance and emotional aspect to the heart-- to give and receive love. Traditionally, rose petals support the nervous, heart, and digestive systems and promote peace and calm.

Motherwort, Hawthorne, and Rose all have thorny parts, which is quite telling from an emotional standpoint. The thorns are like our rib cages protecting our hearts, but sometimes, they prevent us from truly loving.

Ginger: Ginger is one of my favorite plants because it is multi-dimensional. Traditionally, it supports the immune and respiratory systems and is a powerhouse of strength. Our ginger is Peruvian ginger grown on our farm. It's intense and mighty.

Turmeric: I called this plant Little Feet because the actual leaves are 6 feet tall, and its roots do not match the height of the plant. We grow this beautiful plant on our farm and smile when we see her orange roots, traditionally known to support connective tissues, joints, and liver function. We added black pepper to the tincture so you can absorb more of the active ingredient, curcumin.

Certified Organic & Gluten Free Sugar Cane Alcohol, Distilled Water, Fresh and Certified Organic Herbs:  Hawthorne berries, flowers, and leaf, Motherwort, Ginger, Turmeric, and Damask Roses (2:1 extraction in 75% alcohol)

Dosage 

We understand that everyone's wellness journey is unique. That's why we recommend starting with ten drops of our tincture twice daily. However, the true beauty of our product lies in its adaptability. You have the power to adjust the dosage to suit your individual needs. If you find the recommended dosage too strong or weak, you can increase or decrease it by a few drops until you find the perfect balance. How to Consume:

There are multiple ways to consume the tincture, catering to your preferences and needs. You can take it sublingually (under the tongue) for a quick and direct effect or add it to hot tea or juice to dilute the alcohol taste. The choice is yours.
