A Move to the Desert
For years, Chris and Sonia dreamed of owning land and returning to the rhythms of hard work and connection with food and soil. When the opportunity came, they moved to their desert property and embraced that vision. Life on the land quickly expanded to include goats, an animal they describe as “the world’s cutest.” From their two milking does, they began to enjoy raw goat’s milk in many form: yogurt, cheese, ice cream, and even lattes.
Goat Milk in Everyday Care
The benefits of goat’s milk didn’t stop at the table. Chris and Sonia started incorporating it into their soap and skincare, amazed at how well it fit into their recipes. Goat’s milk became a core ingredient, and they haven’t looked back since.
