  • Inspired by a Farmer

    How farm-raised beef inspired a grocery revolution

    What seemed as a small interaction over a cheeseburger between a rural Nebraska Rancher and Our Farms CEO, Robbie Dye, turned into a movement of making Farmer-owned foods accessible to all. In late 2022, Dye visited Rancher Alan Estes in Northwest Nebraska where Dye has some family heritage in the cattle industry. After being educated first-hand on what it took for Ranchers to care for the livestock, the land, and then be told what their products are worth by the large corporate players didn't sit well with Dye. The Farmer & Rancher are an afterthought in the food system and Our Farms exists to provide access and opportunity for both Farmers and consumers.

  • Directory Site Launch

    Oct. 12th, 2023 - National Farmers Day

    While some industry icons said "You're the Amazon for Farmers", we still had much to learn on how our food system functions, how food is transported, and what it takes to get a product to a consumer. In our first public effort to facilitate connection, we launched Our Farms USA: America's Farm-Directory (which still exists today). Quickly growing to over 20,000 Farms & Ranches across America with over a million impressions in our first year, we realized there was a need that was rumbling across consumer America. We want to know where our food comes from.

  • Accelerating Farmers & Delivering Convenience

    The next generation of Farmer-owned brands

    In direct response from multiple Farmer-partner requests, Our Farms developed a brand accelerator program, building the next generation of Farmer-owned food brands. Our in-house team quickly grew to meet the demand of scaling online DTC retail channels. Due to the rapid growth of this program, many producers quickly outgrew on-farm fulfillment and needed climate controlled, shelf stable, and frozen chain distribution. Mid 2024, Our Farms launched a first of its kind program for producers, Fulfilled by Our Farms (FBOF), offering centralized fulfillment & logistics across all online, retail, and food-service channels.

As we onboard hundreds (soon thousands) of farmers while reaching hundreds of thousands of shoppers, we remain confident that as we come together to once again reconnect over food and community, positive changes to our system are destined to follow.

Our Farms is built on the vision of bringing community back to grocery shopping.

When you refer a friend and they complete their first purchase using your custom referral code, you get 5% off your next order automatically applied to your account.

Is there a membership or shopping window?

There is currently no subscription or membership required to shop Our Farms. Our online market is open 24/7. There is no shopping window to order your groceries with us. Shop how you want, when you want.

Order turn around times

Our Farms requires most sellers to fulfill orders within two (2) business days. Farms that sell a frozen or cold product are exempt from our standard turn around time may have set shipping days of the week and/or month.

Shipping and delivery

Most orders ship directly from Family Farms across America, while others ship from our centralized fulfillment center. Standard orders ship via ground transportation from their fulfillment location noted on the product detail page.

Non Climate Controlled Products: For products that are not climate sensitive (pantry, most beverages, etc), you can expedite shipping at checkout.

Climate Sensitive Products: Frozen & Cold products require Next-Day or 2-Day transit to maintain food safety and are automatically applied at checkout. Please note, certain Farms in this category may ship on certain days of the week or month.
