Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements on Our Farms.
Return Policy
Because of the nature of many of our items and food safety protocols, we are unable to accommodate/process returns or exchanges of items purchased on Our Farms.
Open that box! We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours for any concerns.
What We Guarantee
We stand behind every item sold on Our Farms. If you receive a product that is:
-Missing from your delivery:
As mentioned on our Shipping Page, your order may be split into multiple shipments. If it has been more than 7 days since your order was placed, and you haven't received a shipment notification for all or part of your order, please reach out to our support team so we can check on the status of the items.
-Not what you ordered:
Email us the information for the product received, and we will work with the farmer to get the correct product sent to you.
-Damaged or spoiled in transit
If your order arrives and the items are damaged or spoiled, please take pictures of the damaged items and any shipping materials affected. Email our support team to submit your claim.
