What started with fruit trees and century-old olive groves has grown into a thriving 10-acre organic farm, producing vibrant fruits, vegetables, olives, and pasture-raised Mottled Java chickens. Every harvest reflects a commitment to the land.

What started as a small garden in the early 2000s has grown into a fully operating 10-acre farm, where century-old olive trees still bear fruit alongside vibrant orchards, vegetable rows, and a flock of rare Mottled Java chickens. Every acre is certified organic through CCOF and managed with regenerative practices like no-till cultivation, perennial cover crops, and rotational sheep grazing.
