Our unique production process combines organic, fair-trade bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar with our Regenerative Organic Certified® White Sonoran wheat grown at Oatman Farms in Arizona. The extract ages for three months in authentic whiskey barrels from Heritage Distillery in Gig Harbor Washington, winner of the prestigious Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the most awarded craft distillery in America. During aging, the extract absorbs character from both the oak and our heritage grains while the flavors marry and deepen.
